Activating Your New Visa Debit Card
How To Activate Your New Card:
- Call 866-985-2273 to activate your new card.
- If prompted, enter your phone number.
- If phone number does not match the phone number of the cardholder, you will not be able to activate the card.
- When prompted, enter the last 4 digits of the your social security number.
- If the SSN does not match that of the cardholder, you will not be able to activate the card.
- Enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice for ATM cards. Choosing a PIN is required at activation.
- You will be prompted to enter the CVV2 number, found on the back of your new Visa debit card and the expiration date.
- If CVV2 validation fails, you will not be able to activate the card.
- You will enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice.
Your new Visa debit card has now been activated!

Your current Mastercard Debit Card will no longer be active as of September 18, 2023. If you do not receive your new Visa Debit Card by then, please call immediately. You will continue to use your current debit card until September 17 then, make the switch to using your new card on September 18. Mobile Wallets coming soon, in October 2023.
