How to Get Started
Enroll in Text Banking by logging in to ItsMe247 Home Banking and clicking on the Go Mobile button on the top toolbar. Select Text Banking Home to access the enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247).
The following are Text Banking command examples and responses you can use. You can also access a list of these commands via your link provided in online banking during the Text Banking enrollment process.
These commands can be sent to IM247 (46247).
|BAL||Balance for all eligible accounts|
|BAL ###||Balance for a specific account suffix|
|STOP||Turns off all text banking|
|HELP||The customer service number|
|TRANS||Transfer money (details below)|
Manage your transfer codes
You can create specific text transfer codes to easily transfer money between available accounts with a simple text message. To configure, click Go Mobile – More Information – Transfer Codes and select an available From and To suffix from the drop-down options below, and create a custom code of up to eight characters. Once submitted, the newly created code will show within the Current Transfer Codes. Text the transfer command, TRANS, to 46247, along with your custom code and the amount, and funds will be transferred immediately.

You can set up one-way Text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page, and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts. Set up your E-Alerts in Home Banking under Info Center – eAlert Subscriptions. You will need to enroll in text banking first, you can find the instructions at the top of this page.
