You also can also select to have e-Notices providing you timely information regarding your account status.

Text Banking Commands
The following are Text Banking command examples and responses. You can also access a list of these commands via a link in online banking during the Text Banking enrollment process.

These commands can be sent to IM247 (46247).

BAL  Balance for all eligible accounts
BAL ### Balance for a specific account suffix
STOP Turns off all text banking
HELP The customer service number

How to Get Started?
Enroll in Text Banking by logging in to Home Banking and clicking on the “Go Mobile” button on the It’s Me 247 toolbar. Then select Text Banking Home to access the enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247).

Do you need more than just a quick balance? Hit us on our pager (phone) if it’s major, or anytime during regular business hours.  Text our direct line to get a real human response. Just like texting your friends, sometimes we can’t get back to you right away but we’ll secretly check it during meetings (don’t tell our boss) and reply as quickly as possible.

E-Alerts
You can set up one-way Text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page, and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts:
• Account Balance
• Notification of an ACH Deposit or Withdrawal
• Notification that a Loan Payment is due
• E-Notice notification
